Who We Are
The University of Washington branch of Grey Matters is the founding chapter of the organization.
It is run entirely by undergraduate students whose passions lie in increasing neuroscience accessibility. Something something about club values, growth, and future direction.

Get Involved
Grey Matters organizes a variety of events and programs throughout the year, open to any undergraduates at the University of Washington and regardless of major. There’s a high chance that we have a position that suits your interests!
Try challenging yourself through our quarterly journal production cycle, which involves article writing, editing, designing, illustrating, and translating, while receiving mentorship throughout the way. Outside of our journal production, consider our operational roles that allow us to expand outwards and maintain stability, such as outreach, marketing, finance, diversity, content creation, and more.
Upcoming Events
Grey Matters hosts a variety of events throughout the year. Find us on campus during Dawg Daze, at the University of Washington Makers Fair, or while hosting various professional development opportunities. We also organize our annual flagship event, An Evening with Neuroscience. Find us to purchase our physical journal issues, Grey Matters-themed apparel, and other fun merch!

Upcoming Events are Coming Soon
Stay tuned for further information about upcoming events, like application cycles, appearances on campus, journal clubs, and more.

Our Store
Grey Matters offers various apparel, mugs, and physical versions of our issues for purchase. If a pair of comfortable sweatpants, a brainy mug, or a gloss magazine beautifully produced by our undergraduates sounds appealing to you, consider purchasing to help fund our organization!
